Who we are
Africa Jet Link is a specialised charter broker and mission coordinator. Our focus is not simply finding a flight: it is understanding why you need to travel, who is travelling and what must work on the ground as well as in the air.
Domestic African and intra-African journeys are our first priority, followed by connections from Africa to the world. We bring together aircraft proposals, operator information, scheduling, permits and ground requirements around a clear mission brief.
We do not own or operate the aircraft. Your flight is performed by the named licensed carrier, which retains operational control and responsibility. Our role is to coordinate the right proposal and keep the practical details clear.

Mission & vision
Our mission is to make private aviation coordination more relevant to African travellers. We begin with journeys within Africa, then connect Africa to the wider world, bringing the route, the people and the purpose together in one considered brief.
An Africa-connected journey should be shaped around real needs, not a standard package. Whether the request concerns a business meeting, a performance, an official mission or family travel, our purpose is clear coordination and informed choices.

African clients and domestic and intra-African journeys remain the centre of our focus. International support serves that priority.
We respect agreed contacts and publicity preferences while recognising the passenger information that operators and authorities legally require.
The proposed carrier, itinerary, pricing and applicable terms should be understood before a booking is confirmed. A quote request alone is not a reservation.
Passenger needs, language, baggage, accessibility and travel purpose guide the brief. We do not assume every traveller needs the same aircraft or arrangements.
Who we coordinate for

Executive travel, investor roadshows and team movements that connect African commercial centres. We coordinate journeys around your meetings, passenger needs and onward plans.
Travel for performers, athletes, production teams and their representatives. Privacy, equipment, changing schedules and arrival arrangements are part of the mission brief, not an afterthought.
Mission coordination for official travel, embassies and delegations. We work with nominated contacts on protocol, permits and ground arrangements, without implying government affiliation or endorsement.
Private journeys, celebrations, religious and cultural travel, sports teams and diaspora connections. The aircraft proposal reflects group size, baggage, comfort and the practical needs of each traveller.
Charter enquiries for mining, energy, humanitarian and NGO movements. Regional airports and remote airstrips require case-by-case checks of aircraft suitability, infrastructure and local permissions.
Flight logistics for patients, families, insurers and referring hospitals. Licensed medical operators and healthcare professionals retain responsibility for clinical suitability, care and medical decisions.

Our charter brokerage and mission coordination focus on African travellers, with Nairobi as Africa HQ, London as the international office and Athens supporting European operations. Our commitment remains practical access, considered service and discreet coordination within Africa and from Africa worldwide.
Our reach
Capital cities, regional business hubs, islands and remote access points each demand a different approach. We assess your route rather than promising that every aircraft can fly everywhere.

Nairobi, regional business centres, island destinations and safari gateways.
Commercial capitals, official missions and cross-border business itineraries.
Capital cities, regional hubs and access enquiries for field operations.
Executive routes, mining and energy travel, leisure and group movements.
Business and diplomatic connections across the Mediterranean and the continent.
Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Americas and Oceania, according to mission feasibility.
All routes remain subject to airport suitability, permissions, weather, security assessment, sanctions, insurance and operator acceptance. Conflict-affected or restricted regions may not be serviceable. Inbound-to-Africa travel is available for assessment as a secondary service.
Discretion by design
For a public figure, an official delegation or a family, privacy is personal. We approach coordination with that in mind, while remaining transparent about the information required to arrange a lawful, safe journey.

Tell us who may receive updates. Representatives, travel managers and protocol teams can coordinate the brief without unnecessary circulation of passenger details.
Passenger and itinerary details are shared with relevant operators, handlers and authorities where necessary for delivery, safety and legal requirements. Discretion does not override regulatory obligations.
Client names, images and travel stories are not treated as promotional material without permission. We do not use an official mission to imply endorsement.
Use the initial enquiry for travel requirements, not passport scans, security plans or medical records. Agree an appropriate sharing method with your coordinator when further information is needed.

How we work
Route, timing, passengers, baggage, accessibility and privacy preferences establish the brief.
We coordinate aircraft proposals and operator information, subject to availability and route feasibility.
Review pricing, the operating carrier, cancellation terms, permits and ground arrangements before confirmation.
Your mission contact brings together flight and ground updates while the licensed operator retains operational control.
Mission coordination
A successful itinerary depends on more than departure and arrival. Our role is to bring the requirements together, establish what can be arranged and keep the responsibilities clear, from the initial brief to the journey itself.
Share departure and arrival points, preferred timing, passenger numbers and essential requirements. Multi-city trips can bring meetings, performances or delegation stops into one itinerary. A nominated representative can provide the brief on behalf of the travellers.
Aircraft suitability depends on distance, passenger and baggage capacity, runway conditions and availability. Permits, security considerations, insurance and operator acceptance may affect the route. We coordinate the proposal; the licensed carrier decides whether a flight can be operated.
Airport handling, meeting points, ground transport requests, catering and onward connections form part of the practical discussion. Official missions may require protocol coordination with authorised contacts. Each requested arrangement remains subject to confirmation by the relevant provider.
Schedule changes, weather, permissions or aircraft availability can require revised plans. We coordinate updates with agreed contacts and clarify any revised proposal. The carrier retains operational control; licensed medical professionals retain clinical responsibility on medical missions.
